Databáza obsahuje celkovo viac ako 150 otázok, ktoré je možné filtrovať podľa firemného sektora (Automobilový priemysel, HR, Vzdelanie / Školenie, Iné) a pozíciu manažéra na plnenie (senior / middle manager). Pri vytváraní dotazníka osoba zodpovedná za výber vyberá otázky z databázy, ktoré sú pre spoločnosť relevantné, potom pošle generovaný odkaz na tých, ktorých chce dokončiť. Členovia zamestnancov zadajú dotazník kliknutím na odkaz a po vyplnení sa autorovi zobrazia automaticky generované štatistiky z odpovedí. Plnenie a hodnotenie sa vykonáva anonymne. Prieskum pomáha zmapovať súčasný stav a potreby systému riadenia inovácií spoločnosti.
Brainstorming platforma
V záverečnej fáze projektu sme vytvorili online sociálnu platformu na podporu tvorby inovatívnych myšlienok. Základom tohto nástroja je použitie techniky brainstormingu, v rámci ktorej je možné vygenerovať rôzne nápady riešenia na vyriešenie určitého problému. Nápady sa môžu pohybovať od menej realistických vízií až po ďalšie užitočné návrhy, ktoré by mohli byť implementované. Tieto myšlienky sa potom môžu rozvinúť a potom sa vyberú užitočné návrhy a môžu sa ďalej rozvíjať.
Brainstorming je kreatívny nástroj na zlepšenie portfólia znalostí spoločnosti. Zamestnanci rôznych firiem a rôznych oddelení v rámci spoločnosti môžu mať rôzne predstavy, preto sa budú vytvárať rôzne myšlienky a návrhy na vyriešenie aktuálneho (alebo hypotetického) problému.
