Podstawowa grupa docelowa składa się z firm i instytucji, które wprowadziły jakiegoś rodzaju innowacje, a także z tych, które posiadają potencjał innowacyjny. Druga grupa docelowa składa się z trenerów, dużych firm posiadających rozbudowaną sieć dostawców i dostawców podstawowej grupy docelowej, którzy planują harmonizację swoich systemów badań, rozwoju i innowacji.
Innowacyjność jest jednym z głównych czynników, stanowiących o sukcesie firmy.
